1. All orders are delivered in the availability items from the manufacturer. We don’t charge your credit card before availability confirmed with the manufacturer. (Paypal charges whole amount on your order right away).
2. All orders need to be payment in full size before delivery, unless others agreed.
3. All orders are processed manually. It may take whole business day. So if you ordered over the weekend we can’t send you confirmation till Monday.
4. There could be some errors, like pricing errors, incorrect delivery charges, dimensions etc. We don’t responsible for this errors.
5. Make sure you made write measuring and your purchase will fit through doorways, stairways, into elevators, etc. If item doesn't fit, you can request a refund, with a deduction of a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. Shipping price will also be deducted from your refund. If delivery is free, some actual delivery charge might be deducted from your refund.
6. You have to notify us about special delivery conditions like floors, walk-ups, basement or something like that. Such services are not free and have to be discussed before delivery. In case there's a conflict, we reserve a right to return a merchandise to a warehouse, refunding your payment - shipping charge - restocking fee (20%).
7. Please, accept delivery in agreement date and time. If you will not be at home during agreed delivery time another delivery fee might be applied. In this case we will offer you a different time or date.
8. To accept a delivery you must be 18 or older.
9. Our drivers cannot deal with the furniture, not listed in the delivery documents. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic components (e.g. televisions, computers, stereos). Drivers cannot do some custom work not connected to the furniture assembly. Our delivery teams are the professionals in industry, but you must remember that furniture delivery and assembly are provided as complementary services and includes some risks. Of course we try to avoid damaging while delivering, but we are not responsible for any accidental property damage that may happen.
10. We can change the prices without notice.
11. Special orders need to be payment in full by credit card. We don’t provide deposits for special orders. Deposits for any other orders only in case of cancellation terms. There are no cash refunds.
12. We don't take back packages left after delivery is done.
