Warranty Information

For all our products we provide 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

Notice that not every case of damage will be compensated. Often furniture damages in cases of misuse, worn-off, etc. In this case we DO NOT offer the warranty but manufacturers do.

We are only responsible for delivering the furniture to the customer in a perfect condition. If furniture was found defective or damage at the date of delivery (or within 7 days) we will exchange it at no cost. But most of these claims will be declined if you signed the invoice that you received your furniture in perfect condition. You must examine your furniture at the time of delivery.

All other claims about defects or imperfections found afterwards should be reported to us, including your order number, picture(s) and description of the defect. All exchanges or fixes are completely covered and decided by manufacturers, not by us! Please note that in some cases claims with shipping companies could take up to 90 days.

Warranty is not provided in case of:

1. Normal wear and tear.

2. Damages incurred during transportation (if not delivered by us).

3. Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance. If you choose to do your own assembly we can not be responsible for damages during that process.

4. Damages incurred by accidents or abuse.

5. Improper maintenance or improper use resulting in damage.

6. This warranty covers only pieces of furniture intended for residential use only, does not cover any industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.

7. Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.

Mostly we do not have a replacement for you right away. Manufacturer need to examine damaged furniture and than will issue a brand new piece which we will re-deliver to you for free.

We provide only 1 FREE re-delivery: and that's if broken piece is returned with initial delivery. If you find a damage after invoice is signed and delivery truck is left, you might request a pickup or exchange, but this will not be a free service.
